Our story and our team
Demmer AV Solutions is a group designed to meet the unique audio, video, lighting needs of ministries. Many churches do not have a full-time Technical Director on staff, which can present challenges in keeping up with maintenance, repairs and enhancements. This is where we come in. Technical AVL systems are our specialty, not yours. We exist so you can have more focus on your mission as we fulfill ours through partnering.
If you anticipate needing an entirely new system or just want someone to improve the functionality of your microphones - Demmer AV can help. Having served Central Ohio’s churches since 2007, we have the expertise and experience to assist you with any audio, video or lighting system need. While our founding was based on helping churches and it remains our passion, we also work with many local schools, restaurants, and community based programs.
Ken Demmer
Owner & President
Ken founded his company in 2007 after gaining extensive experience as an Audio Engineer, where he provided support to various churches throughout Ohio for several years. He resides in Westerville, Ohio, with his wife, two children, and three German Shepherds. In his free time, Ken enjoys family activities, taking road trips, and exploring National parks.
Our team
Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals, who are all experts in their field. With many years of experience in the industry, they have the expertise to provide comprehensive, first-rate services to our clients.
Peter Naumenko
Project Lead
Peter has been working with Demmer AV since 2015 in a variety of roles. Currently, Peter leads our team members and supports our clients as a Project Lead. He has also been in AV industry since 2011.
Peter has a wide range of skills and experience including live engineering for festivals and theatres as well as installation and integration.
In his spare time Peter enjoys doing component level repair on AVL equipment and spending time with his family.
Josh Northeimer
Project Lead
In 2023, Josh joined Demmer AV as a Project Lead. Josh specializes in system programming and network infrastructure which he uses to elevate our customers experience with their systems.
Josh also serves at his church as the video production manager. Josh lives in Columbus with his wife, three kids, three dogs, and variety of chickens.
He enjoys volunteering with the Westerville South High School Marching Band and playing games with his kids.
Megan Demmer
Operations Lead & Chief of Staff
After 25 years in Financial and Retirement Services, Ken's wife Megan joined Demmer AV in 2025 in a consulting capacity to lead Operations and Business Management.
Megan enjoys working with her husband, meeting our amazing clients, and using her talents to elevate the business.
Outside of work Megan enjoys reading, spending time with family, and doing home projects.
Connor Kula
Installation Technician
Connor joined the Demmer AV team in 2021 as an Installation Technician and enjoys continuously learning new skills he can bring to the team and our customers.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys performing at open-mic nights, playing guitar, and recording his own music.
Before joining Demmer AV, Connor worked in food services where, as an assistant head chef, he honed his skills working in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.
Keegan McCarthy
Installation Technician
Keegan has been with Demmer AV team since 2025 as an Installation Technician.
Prior to joining the Demmer AV Team, Keegan had a long history of working in ministry. He has previously served as a Worship Pastor and Youth Pastor.
Keegan’s favorite part of his role is helping churches solve their audio challenges and be more comfortable with their tech systems.
Outside of work Keegan values spending time with his wife and two boys, Lincoln and Theo.
John "Jungleman" Musagala
Installation Technician
John began his career in 1997 serving as a sound engineer for churches in South Africa before expanding his career in the United States.
Demmer AV Solutions welcomed John to the team in 2018. Along the way, he has collaborated with major festivals and renowned African artists, managing technical productions for crowds of thousands in more than 19 countries. He also holds a degree in Sound Engineering from South Africa.
Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, music, and sharing his creativity with diverse communities internationally.

Scott Lovell
Installation Technician
Scott has been a part of the Demmer AV team since 2022. Before joining us, Scott worked as an AV Director for a local church for several years and in food services where he focused on high quality customer service. Scott also continues to serve by running sound in church on Sundays.
Scott's favorite things about working in the Audio Video industry are getting to experience different church atmospheres and learning new skills and trends in the AVL world.
He also loves spending time with his friends and family and traveling. Scott lives with his wife and dog in Delaware.
